She is a Founding Member and Former Co-Artistic Director of Nightingale Vocal Ensemble, and former Associate Conductor for Voices Boston Children's Choir.
Laura graduated with a Master of Music in Choral Conducting at Boston Conservatory at Berklee, studying with Dr. George Case, and was an Assistant Conductor for Conductor's Choir and Chorale.
While living in Columbia, SC, she directed the Chorus and Honors Chorus at CrossRoads Intermediate School in Irmo, SC, and the Primary & Junior Choirs at First Presbyterian Church.
In the summer of 2016, she participated in the Conducting Masterclass at the Princeton Festival and studied with Dr. Jan Harrington. In June 2017, she toured Poland and France with a mission group from First Presbyterian Church, Columbia, SC. During concerts there, she conducted her piece "Think on These Things", written for the Music Mission Ensemble.
